Both the J3DS and AU3DS have v.1.1 on them, I doubt anything has been fixed from when it was released in Japan or I would've been prompted to an update on the Japanese version, or so I would assume.

Pokemon that are genned and placed on Gen 6 can't be put up on GTS and WT. I checked it with pokemon that were completely legitimately made (all green writing on pokecheck) and pokemon with some yellow/orange writing.

Are the Pokemon from the Distrobro distributions going through? They were designed to be legit, just not legal, and a lot are clones of legal ones.
