Question about Pokemon Bank Transferring.

So i noticed when transferring my pokebros from gen 4 to gen 5 that when i transferred my shiny Raikou, Entei and Suicune over to my copy of Black 2 before i transferred my regulars over, they appeared as Shinies in my Pokedex.

does anyone know if this happens in X & Y as well?

i just ask because i want my Pokedex to show all the Pokemon in their normal colors rather than their shiny colors.
