Muk is just toxic sludge, so it makes sense that it's homogeneous, just one big blob of purple, whatever.
But Garbodor is supposed to be human thrash, the kind of shit that you throw in the bin.
So you would expect it to be a big mush of things, with like bottle caps and tins or say a broken toy sticking out of it. It could even have been a cool gimmick, different Garbodor have different shit making parts of them, one has a bike tire sticking out of its butt, other has a watch on its belly... But no, just blue and pink whatever the hell those dots are.
On its defense I'll say Thrubbish can be pretty cute.
