Obviously, but it still wouldn't be broken, Slurpuff's movepool consists of Play Rough, Thief and Return, it's not good as it is now and almost every single steel type walls it. Getting some HP back won't make it good.

That's why good players would invest enough to OHKO Ferrothorn with Flamethrower. Maybe go Rash with some SPAtt EVs.
Doesn't make a lot of sense to go Adamant252, at +6 most things die to unresisted hits I would think.

Draining Kiss suits its balk and lack of speed best, and it does plenty enough damage after a CM or two. Tank a hit and get it all back. I've swept entire teams like this.

Only flaw on the CM/CG set it that it needs to run aromatherapy to defend itself from toxic, so it will miss out on Flamethrower or Surf.

I'm assuming that that set only works on scrubs or else after your foe's team has been weakened considerably.

You need to use Calm Mind twice in order to have a shot at a 2HKO with Shadow Ball on that set.

Of course people do. The thing is I use Cute Charm to gamble the infatuation if I know Sylveon will survive and a lum berry to cure poisons and burns. I typically bring it out once I know all the dangers are gone like Scizor.
