Pokecheck bannd from Pokebank?

Not sure if true, but you can't bring over Pokecheck mons, or your pokebank account will be lock.
Man, all that time getting shiny pokemon from GTS, just not to be able to bring them over because they are mostly hack, and can't get anything from GTS because it's hacked.
I guess it's time to start clean.
What about you /vp/?

I was able to transfer a genned Genesect to X, but for some reasone Battle Spot blocks me from using it. What could go wrong?

Is it an event pokemon? IIRC event pokemon can't be used on Battle Spot.

Well, yes. You CAN use event pokemon (as in the last pokemon in a regional dex i.e. Deoxys, Darkrai). What I mean is that there are certain pokemon you can obtain from a special event with a ribbon (or PID/OT, can't remember off the top of my head, but almost certain it's the ribbon) that marks it as a "special" pokemon. These kinds can't be traded on the GTS, and apparently can't be used in Battle Spot. I believe Pokemon like Red Genesect are marked with a ribbon like this.

I don't think it's the Premier ribbon. I'm probably speaking out of my ass at this point and have it all mixed up, but I know certain event pokemon obtained from specific events can't be used on Battle Spot.

Having tested a Shiny Jirachi earlier, it just removes said Pokemon from the transfer box, nothing else.
