DSTwo: Transferring

So, I have a few bros that are stuck on my DSTwo cart from Soul Silver.
I was interested in possibly playing Gen III as well. So, this is all on my DSTwo. How can I get the gen III games pokemon to gen IV and then from gen IV to black/white/2?

Is this even possible? I feel as I bought this DSTwo for naught.

I have a DS and a 3DS if that matters.

It's not possible and it never will. You need to buy an original GenV cartridge and transfer them there.

Yes you can transfer them to BW2 with PokeGen and similar programs.

Yes. I want to get to B/W/2. I'm on DSTwo playing Soul Silver right now. I also want to play Gen III and transfer to gen IV TO gen V so I can upload to pokebank.

Yes it's possible. Just go about it as you normally would, transferring Gen III games onto Soul Silver then over to BW/2 then Pokebank that shit.

What are you having trouble with exactly?

So open the saves on your PC. You'll need a retail BW(2) for Bank, everything else can be done with pokegen and emulators/flashcart. You can image a retail cartridge with your ROM save too.

Sorry, I haven't played pokemon since gen II. Everything is different.

Pokedoc's tool is for imaging a SAV onto a retail BW(2) cartridge. Desmume can be used to put your gen 3 emulator mons onto gen 4, then Pok?gen can move them around among gen 4. I think Pokecheck has a tool for converting masses of gen 4 PKMs to Gen 5 ones, with valid data for the transfer process. Then take those fixed ones and import them into a BW(2) save, image that to your retail cartridge with Pokedoc's tool or a DS save backup USB tool, and use that retail cartridge with Poke Transporter. If you don't have access to a flashcart, you have to send those PKM files one by one with Pokegts (online) or SendPKM (offline)

DS, DSTwo, 3DS.
I'll get a copy of 5th gen for pokebank.
My goal was to play the gens I missed, transfer those eventually to x/y via bank.

You should be good then using an emulator for gen 3 and your DSTWO for gen 4. You can play Gen 5 on your DSTWO as well, but you'll need to image that save on to a real cart.

You'll have to use a PC emulator to Pal Park your mons from your gen3 save into your Gen 4 one. You can use an action replay code to bypass the "once per day" limit on Pal Park.
