I didn't want to lose Heat Wave through breeding and sound moves got buffed this Gen. Plus it's stab and works better in doubles.

I'm assuming you Chatot to sweep, otherwise what's the point? If that's the case, then you want as much coverage as possible. Heat Wave is a must on Chatot sets. It's Nasty Plot, Boomburst, Chatter, Heatwave with Focus Sash.

I'd rather take Boomburst over Heat Wave, the days of struggling to find good moves for Chatot are over. Give it Encore/Substitute or maybe even Roost, I don't know.
