/vp/, I am in dire need of assistance. I recently hatched a shiny, 5IV(except for sp.atk) Tyrogue. I want to evolve this glorious motherfucker into a Hitmontop, but as many (if not all) of you understand, a Tyrogue at or above level twenty must be leveled up with its attack and defense at equal stat amounts to evolve into a Hitmontop. What EV investments/other strategies can I pursue to make this happen? Yes, I am drunk right now, but I encourage you to use whatever terminology you need to to explain your strategy. I will follow any plan, no matter how complex.
