For being the series mascot, this thing, it's evolved form, and it's imitators, all have some pretty awful stats, even if you do give it a light ball. I almost feel like the one I caught in the wild was more effective than the one I just bred.

What could be done to fix Pikachu, Raichu, or any of the Pikaclones?
