So I have only a Pokemon Diamond cart and a flash cart and I want to transfer pokemon to my Pokemon X game.
Are there any ways to do this so without buying Black/White (2)?
And if there is no other way which of the four games should I buy to be able to get a complete pokedex?

Depends how shit or well they're hacked. You're better off using the "find any pokemon code" for your games on your flashcart catch the pokemon in the wild then pokegen/sav/whateverthefuckitscallednow and hack in your stats. Then you should probably check pokecheck to see if theyre legit.
