So, anons...

I can't show you all my cards yet, but let's just say I'm working on a alternative to Pokemon Bank that is VERY viable. And yes, with mine you can transport items.

Once I'm done I'll reveal the source for free. And if I have to delay it, I'll explain why.

I have a Japanese 3DSwith Japanese bank and have basically found a way to intercept the signal and spoof the cloud server. I'm working on modifying the constraints of the server, then i have to figure out how to make it communicate back to the 3DS without risk of corruption.
