Use the gold arrow select method so you don't have to move them one at a time. Select the whole box and send them over.

If you press start twice, your arrow turns green and you can higlight lots of pokemon to move at a single time

I'll agree the process is a bit tedious, but you're an idiot OP. It only takes like 3 minutes to transfer one box. And then like another 5 minutes to set up and transfer the next box. And you don't have to turn your 3ds off ever in the process. I just wish we weren't limited to just one box at a time. I wish I could just upload Box 1, then Box 2, etc. until all my boxes were in the bank and then I could go over to X/Y and pull them all out. But it's not as terrible as you're claiming.

why does it even matter what I name my pokemon? Just have it default to it's regular name if I trade it and have it display the species name for wifi battles, now the only people who can get a sore rectum over my naming my pokemon Hot n Spicy. (lel)

you don't have to turn the 3ds off to change game carts. and you don't need to have x/y in the 3ds to transfer pokemon to them. pokebank gave me the option to transfer to either my x or y while i still had black in

I'm not sure what the fuck you're doing differently but every time I try to boot up Bank without X in there, it tells me to put X in and sends me back to the start screen.

on an unrelated note, what happens if pokebank finds 1 hacked mon in the box you want to transfer? does it stop the whole box or just dont transfer that 1 mon?
