I run relaxed on goomy to buff its weakest stat and lessen the only other mediocre stat it has. As for snorunt it depends on what you are aiming for. If froslass then timid.
Timid is also decent on petilil. Anything that lowers attack is good on petilil.
I have no idea what goes with oddish.
