Knock off is complete shit on most all things that only got it via tutor pre bank as they are phys based or can't spare the move slot.
Ill give you defog on scizor, but even then he has better things to do. Other users can't spare the slot, are flat outclassed by mandi or other nature/bank bred users, or just shit any ways.
Pain split is literally just rotom, which yet again has way better things to do.
Honestly SR is still on plenty of good pokes. And the ones you listed, yet again, have other far superior sets to use.
