I was of excited for the release of pokemon bank that I bought a $10 eshop card at Target in advance of it's release. I had recently bred a Shiny Eevee that took literally 2 months of non-stop Bike Simulator and was super-psyched to see it in 3D. I spent 3 whole days riding up and down an island to get a jolly Mscale dragonite in the hidden grotto. I had Pokebros from my very first game, Pokemon :^): Gale of Darkness, and couldn't wait to see them in a new game.

December 27:
My HeartGold version stops working

Well bye-bye Ho-oh. I have a Regenerator one in White 2 anyway. no big deal. Still feel a pang of sadness that i'll never fully play-through Johto.

Pokebank doesn't get released on time.

Platinum dies in my arms

>no more trading from gen 3

mfw didn't get to trade over my bros from my last play of the game
