All of them level 1, male, and "hatched" with Egg Moves. The one's that got through don't look any more legal than the one's that didn't. What the hell is the Hack Check catching/not catching anyway?

IIRC, 2nd and 5th gen HA starters couldn't pass through back then either, which is why you don't see them anywhere.

Pretty much. They've improved them slightly since the original Japanese release, but they're still shit. They also decided to block some legit gen 3-exclusive moves for no apparent reason, so even legit mons are being blocked.
