I liked him. The dancing stuff got a little bit old, as he wasn't developed as a character who actually had a dream to dance or something, but more of a guy who just referenced dancing. He wasn't that bad, but there was more that could have been done with him.
Also, I dug his Vanillite shirt.

Nintendo wasted great potential on him. Dancing-based Pokémon moves are generally some of the best out there, and if his team centered completely around that, he could've been a huge threat.

I hated him so much. The dancing stuff was funny the first time it was mentioned, then it just got so old and unfunny. And it's the only thing he ever talked about, so much wasted potential. I liked his Corphish though.
