One Coil will undo any attack EVs you have missed, give you nice BALK, and give you nice coverage. I recommend Crunch for defense drops. Drain Punch is great for healing back lost health because you will inevitably go last every fucking time, pretty much no matter the Pokemon (fucking GameFreak)
This is the best Eelektross set. The others don't hit hard enough and generally get 2HKO'd by most. Even if you scare things out with other sets using TBolt/Giga Drain and shit or whatever else, other Pokemon's super hard hitting neutral attacks will bring Eel down quickly. If you can get a Coil up and heal back up with DP, you are in business.
You could go with a Speed neutering nature and go for Zap Cannon, cause Para is awesome. I might try that set out in XY but this one has worked for me so far.
