Because, I mean, they know there's a competitive scene, granted, they focus on VGC but that's irrelevant, the point is that they know there's a competitive scene and it's also a fact they change shit for that very same reason. Still, they are so incompetent at it that any random schmuck from /vp/ that has never played vs anyone in his whole life and only knows of competitive from random information he has gotten here and there while scrolling the frontpage would do a better job at it than them. It's just plain amazing how ignorant they are about their own game.
The worst part of it is that they have the balls to say that they do certain things for balance and yet those very same things have done more damage than good.
