Animu also wants to pull it closer to Team Rocket and Giovanni--where Games want to pull it closer to Mr. Fuji. I kind of like the Mr. Fuji option more. Kind hearted guy wanted to make more of a legendary pokemon and his results went out of control--So Mr. Fuji leaves his ruined mansion for a more peaceful life in a haunted city.
