....So are pokemon clothes part of their bodies or are they actual clothes? Can you take them off?

Like Machoke is able to take off his belt but a Pokemon like Hitmonchan's clothes would actually be part of it.

Not for the Machoke line anyway. I think sawk and throh are the only Pokemon to have their clothes explained, ie they make them. I'm just going to assume most other do that too unless it looks like its attached to its body.
