Ditch M-Venu for Aamongus. Regenerator Aamongus-Slobro Core is really really good.

You'll also need some firepower, so in place of M-Venu pick a powerhouse Mega like a M-Luke, Pinsir or Charizard

Finally, you'll need a revenge killer - so Scarf Garchomp, Genesect, or a Talonflame will do you good.

I was actually thinking of getting an Amoongus but I just like Mega Venusaur way too much, but an Amoongus always guarantees one of the opponent's Pokémon will be sleeping and that could help power up Cofagrigus' Hex.

I'm not sure about your other recommendations though, they're just not something that fits my play style. I prefer going all out mega bulky.

You've got that Umbreon all wrong, Protect is a better choice than Attract if what you're looking for is another turn for Toxic, I'd choose Wish over Substitute for recovery.

Weavile is made out of egg shells, unless you're 100% certain your opponent will switch there is no reason for Power-up Punch and even then Swords Dance would be better. Shadow Claw and Night Slash do the same thing except Night Slash gives you STAB so it's obviously better, switch Shadow Claw for Ice Shard in case you come across a priority user.

Half your team is screwed over by fighting types by the way.

You're missing some defensive coverage against ghost and dark attacks. Since you have some good fighting resists I recommend a good offensive dark type to cover that (bulky to fit with your team's theme).

Since you have the screens support, a setup sweeper could be good.
If you replace Venu-M then DD Gyarados-M / DD Tyranitar-M would work.
If Venu-M stays then SD Bisharp is a good pick. Alternatively, run spikes on your Klefki to bait defog for a free +2 boost on Bisharp if you go with him. Then you can replace SD with sub.

Other than that, not really sure what you're trying to do with the team. Something fast with a strong bug move plows through this team. I don't see anything that can really answer to talonflame either. Not sure what to suggest to patch those up though as idk what the team's purpose is.

I wouldn't know what to replace Venusaur with, Amoongus shares a weakness with Klefki and Gliscor so I'm not entirely sold on that. But then again the way I am now Gengar slows down my team a bit.

One thing though. I haven't used that particular set myself so I can't say for sure, but I don't see sub being all that useful. I'd run synthesis or sleep powder instead.

Substitute is just something good to use when the opponent has something that depends on Status afflictions and stat dropping.

Sleep Powder wouldn't go well because of Toxic Spikes and speaking of which Toxic Spikes and Leech Seed REALLY wear down an opponent. Synthesis would be a bit redundant since Leech Seed combined with a neutral Giga Drain usually provides enough to recover anything that isn't Super Effective.

But this set would work just as well if not maybe better.

I usually lead with Vivilliob
My "strategy" was to dent the opposing team with CE Hurricane and Sleep/Dance, or, Bounce back hazards with Absol, getting a free boost or Attack. Then I would Use whatever the scarfed to do as much damge as possible and then stal the rest with Gastro.

But now Bisharp is OU and I noticed my team gets rekt by special walls and faster attackers(Fuck you ambipom).
I'm think on swaping Bisharp for Mismagius. The only Pokes that are safe in my team are vivillion and Haxourus.

Any recommendations are welcome.

i'd recommend running a specs + switcharoo set on noivern, cos even with life orb it ain't gonna be hitting hard enough for what it is and switcharoo lets you throw a huge spanner in the works of your opponents strategy if used well

also consider heal bell on lanturn so it can act as a cleric as well as a pivot

also umbreon is bad and dusclops/dusknoir outclasses cofagrigus as far as spooky tr setters go

You have a ridiculously glaring ground weakness. I can't believe nobody has commented on this yet.

All of your pokemon take *at minimum* standard damage from ground type attacks. As a general rule of thumb, I never create a team in which more than two members are weak to the same type. And if I have two members which are weak to that type, I make sure to also include an immunity or at least a x4 resist to that same type to counterbalance it. You have 3 weaknesses to ground and don't even have an x2 resistance to it on your team. You have no counters to a powerful ground type.

My current Calm Lanturn has been serving me very well, but I want to try a new one with Soak. My current one is defensive and it has been great at taking hits, but how is offensive Modest Lanturn? Soak works well for both offensive and defensive sets since it removes STAB and gives the enemy a weakness to Lanturn's own STAB. Planning to run Soak, Thunderbolt/Discharge, Amnesia/Stockpile and Confuse Ray maybe.

Gengar is Adamant. I use drain punch on dark types. I had hypno_dream eater but that didn't work most of the time. I usually send him out for a revenge kill (using a toxic mon) hex is awesome for that. and thunderbolt. not thunder

This particular swampert is a fucking tank. usually being a 4-5HKO against grass. but hey, ice beam

Muk is usually second mon I send out. fucker was my first shiny, even with the counter-intuitive nature I love the shit out of him. minimized with black sludge is annoying as fuck. shadow ball is for the psychics

Hydreigon is maxed out. and usually 1-2hko against a lot of shit. head smash is a great move if you don't mind using roost right after

Smorgonfags don't expect a lot of those moves on those mons

Sorry, but any decently bulky mon wrecks your team damn easily.
A single core of Tangrowth + Slowking (or Amoonguss + Slowbro, which I tend to dislike) means you're doing shit for damage, which these two mons easily recover health with Regenerator (or in extreme cases, Synthesis/Slack Off), draining your health with Scald, Leech Seed and - mostly in Amoonguss case) Giga Drain.
If you aren't using the best potential of each mon, you aren't hitting hard enough.
