stupid question but I'm too paranoid to do anything until I get the answer.

I finally made a perfect IV pokemon with the nature, ability, and it's FULLY TRAINED in it's EVs (by Super Training).

I did this all, and he's at lv.1

so my stupid question is if it's safe to level this pokemon now?

can I just go battle ANYWHERE I want and level this pokemon up? I feel like killing two birds with one stone and doing battles at the Restaurants to get money while I level this pokemon up, and I just want to make sure it's safe to do so.
