I get it, I get it, there might be differences as to what that dragon may be able to do, but the basic concept for it is the same.
A better example, there are mermaids both in European and Amazonic indigenous cultures. They don't exist, and they're not exactly the same thing, but they have the same concept: half human, half fish.
