Anything that involves Baby pokemon, since they can't breed until they're evolved. A special fuck you goes to the ones that only evolve through happiness. I never want to breed Lucarios or Clefables ever again.

Anything from the fairy egg group (Azumarill, Chansey, Whimsicott, etc.) are fairly good for breeding, since they require a small ammount of time to hatch.

I think the problem with Nido line is that you cannot have them get along unlike other couples, which makes the egg spawns at a slower rate.

I'm not talking about ease or the lack of it, but rather about the fact that one line has been designed in a manner where a cross-gen split evo is basically dominating so much that there is little in the ways of alternative seeking.

Redesigning both to be on the opposite sides of physical/special split would have helped a lot with this mess.

Sometimes I get amazing luck, like the time I had finished getting egg moves and nature on a shitty IV'd female zangoose. I put it in the daycare with my 6IV Excadrill and got a 6IV HA Zangoose in the first batch.

Other times, lady luck shits on my breeding.

It gets hard when you breed for egg moves.
Togekiss gets Nasty Plot from Pikachu, which can only learn it as a Pichu, which then requires a happiness evolution. After you've got the egg moves, togepi requires yet another happiness evolution - assuming you managed to hatch a togepi that's female and has the right ability.

Single gender pokemon. It takes longer to get eggs because they are not the same species. And pokemon you are trying to breed for abilities takes for ever because as well as having the IV's that you want, it needs to have the right ability.
