Should I evolve my Pikachu? He's pretty good as is, but I feel like the stat boost from evolving would help me in the Maison and such.

That's not how it works. Lightball doubles the attack you get from nature, EVs and IVs too. It's like how Mega Mawile has 105 base attack but effectively has around 260 attack when you factor in Huge Power.

Educate yourself before spewing meaningless bullshit. A fully invested Jolly level 100 Pikachu with Light Ball has 418 Attack, which is the equivalent of a pokémon with 159.5 base Attack; a fully invested Timid level 100 Pikachu holding Light Ball has 398 Special Attack, which is the equivalent of a pokémon with 149.5 base Special Attack.

I don't think you get how base stats work. That's base stats+ nature,EVs, and IVs. Pikachu has a base attack of 55, and a base special attack of 50. Making it 110 and 100.

If you don't include EVs, IVs and the 5 starting points, the calculations have no meaning: a fully invested neutral natured pokémon with 110 base Attack can reach a maximum of 319 Attack, which is not even close to the Attack of a fully invested neutral natured Pikachu holding Light Ball (which is 418).

Might just be me, but I've always liked serious looking Raichu more. I mean outside of battles, cute Raichu is cute and fine, but I wish more games showed him being serious. I think only GSC had a serious Raichu sprite.
