some peole have achieved it, but they're being dicks about sharing.
the new pokebank filters won't allow most of them to pass (pokecheck stuff, for example) so we need someone skilled at genning to make a file that passes.

Because nature is tied to PID in gen IV events. PID and IVs are generated separately for wondercard events, making IVs safe to edit, but not natures. Also because 99% legit.

Some things I found out:

If you make a Pokemon have your BW/BW2 ID/SID but change the game on your Pokemon to something other than what your game actually is (eg, you have white and make a b2 Pokemon under your white id), Pokebank will pick up on it and not let you transfer it.

Also how to get dumb stuff like Contrary Snivy through:
Change the extra byte to 1 like usual but keep their ability to their normal one. When transferred, they will turn into their hidden ability.
So Snivy with Overgrow with a 1 in the extra bytes will go through and change into a Snivy with Contrary in XY.

These Pokemon are stuck to your game though and any babies made by them are stuck as well. You can't take them online to battle or trade them, so I have no fucking clue why'd you want one, but there you go.

How can you guys have trouble with this cakewalk? Even my Timid, 6 IV, SHINY Mew with Soft-Boiled passed the hack checks.

I haven't been able to get the Poketransfer to accept any of the mons once I edit the hex files, same mons that can normally pass through to the game with their original .pkm file.
Anyone willing to sort through this huge steaming pile of shit of a thread and shead some light on this method?

I made a Pokemon appeared to be caught in Black 2 (A hidden grotto mienfoo) but put the OT of my White game. I then put that Meinfoo in my White game, and tried to Pokebank, it blocked it even though the Pokecheck came out clean.

I traded that same Mienfoo to my White 2 and then tried Pokebanking again, it worked. So the whole issue was that the Mienfoo had my OT/SID of my White game but the game the Mienfoo came from, did not match the game. It said B2, and not White like it should have said.

No, I have a flash cart (with all pokemon games) and ginal white 2 and X, carts. You can use pokesave to transfer/create all the pokes in pokemon white, then trade them to an original gen V game, then to the transporter

Gen IV PIDs are linked to IVs, nature, ability and shit, as you can see in >>17908749 gen V passes most stuff

You need to use the PID finder to generate a valid PID. You have to do it in 4th gen format too and then convert it, Pokégen fucks up the ability slot when doing 4th gen mons in 5th gen format for some reason. Make sure the PID method is set to 1 and the ability to whichever slot the ability you want is in (look it up on Serebii, it should list abilities in the right order).

Location should be Pokétransfer (near the top of the list in parentheses, not "Pokétransfer Lab"). It's an easy mistake since it actually says Johto on the screen, but all transferred Pokémon have the same location index number, with the displayed region depending on what game they came from (this is also why Kanto mons from HGSS still say Johto, since they lose the Kanto location data and the game only knows they come from a Johto game).

It won't let me make them public. You need to go into your account options and uncheck "Force ALL Pokémon with my OT to be private" under your registered save file.

Thats because you cant fucking share it.. they are banned online so you cant GTS/WT/trade it.. you can only trade it over local wireless.

Pokegen fucking sets an automatic PID for your Gen V pokes if you leave it blank.
Don't even bother using PID finder on gen 5 pokes.
Make sure that under the OT tab, under Extra bytes, the number in the box next to 66(0x42) is 0 for non DW Abilities.

Okay, you're trying to put HA Pokémon into Pokéballs that are only available in Gen 4; before HAs were a thing. Also, Eevee isn't obtainable in the wild in HGSS so you won't be able to have Eevee or its evolutions in Johto balls.

I'm trying to use pokegts now so I don't have to deal with the shitty ribbons on pokecheck but when I send a pokemon, I get nothing. I changed the dns and everything. I think the problem is that my internet is still somehow set up with pokecheck because I can queue pokemon and deposit them in pokecheck without having their dns. Anyone how to fix this?
