Once you reach maximum rank at the battle chateau it can be a pretty good place to level, there's a handful of npc's with 2-3 high level Audinos and Diantha and the E4 also give a good chunk of xp, and you can also pay a bit to increase the levels of everyone there by 20 for the rest of the day.
The only downside is that its completely random which npcs are there and they switch out every half hour or so, sometimes you'll have several of the E4 and the furisode girls with the audinos, while other times you'll just get a bunch people with a single low level poke.
