90% of the time these will be the shitty holos they couldn't actually sell so they're overstocked on them.
It's usually always the ones they would've just sold you for 25 cents. A few .5-2 dollar cards thrown into the mix that nobody buys despite the value.
Our store's limit is like 20 of each card, so bulk sales of anything besides those we put into the 50 cent holo card machine.
