Great idea.

Also, Ghost attacks should be super effective against Dark, not the other way around. And since ghosts never touch the ground, all Ghost-types should be immune to Ground-type moves and Spikes.

Also, ghosts should be able to hit normal types now. Let's give them wonder guard too since, in essence, nothing should be able to touch a ghost.

Ghosts shouldn't be able to hit any other type but their own. They're ghosts, nobody sees or feels them!

If we're going by Sky Battle mechanics here as a rough analogy, replacing 'Almost anything that is shown floating or flying can participate in a Sky Battle' with 'Almost any Ghost type shown floating has immunity to Ground', then 'Mons like Litwick, Golurk, Golett and Trevenant would like to have a word with you.
