Do you mean a move with flavor text that says it fires from three cannons? if not then it has a ton of moves that it would realistically shoot from its cannons.

Hydro CANNON
Hyper Beam
Dark Pulse
Aura Sphere
Water Pulse

and probably a bunch of others I cant think of on the spot

I'm sure that if M-Blastoise makes an anime appearance, everything it does will come out of the cannon. Though I doubt they'll differentiate between Hydro Pump and Hydro Cannon.
