arguable

mewtwo is purely organic, and has had no business with the scientists after his 'birth'

porygon is man-made out of data. he only evolved the first time because of a Silph Co update patch, and the second time was supposedly a corruption of that patch by Team Rocket

The drives would work so well and naturally with Porygon. If only it got Techno Blast, it's no Boomburst and the drive gimmick isn't very good but it's still more powerful than Tri Attack and fits Porygon's theme.
