Okay so here's the deal. I brought over 17 Shiny anticipation modest eevees. There are a few catches though.

1. They are all 31/31/31/30/30/31, which will be explained a bit later
2. They are all level 99, so have a rare candy, and plenty of pokepuffs ready
3. They also lack a fairy move, so get a heart scale as well

The reason that they are so high a level is to prevent the things I'm going to tell you to put on GTS from getting sniped as easily. Otherwise, I would have gotten some with 31 in SP Atk and Def.

As for the pokemon, let's go with the ol' luvdisc. Other pokemon have chances of being encountered, while luvdisc is always 100%. Also, make sure you do the following:

>Put a message with "vp" and "Brocko" on it
>THIS IS IMPORTANT: Set the level of the eevee you want to 90-100 or 91-100, whatever it is.
