Back from errands.

Prototype bodies done. I'm having trouble doing more cartoony and childish proportions, so I may shorten down those leggies.

But I tried to at least capture body language for these two.

I meant on their body types; but now that you mention it, I'll look into trainer classes, too. Was going to just interpret their current clothes and make other outfits from there!

To best showcase the difference between /vp/ once and /vp/ now, age up the female tan to a teen while keeping the boy a kid. Also rename her /tr/ and keep him /vp/, none of that Viol/Violet bullshit.
Giving the tans different personalities can also help showcase the different schools of thought within the community. She's a Karenfag, he's a Smogonfag, both are dirty furries but only /tr/'s open about it, she hacks/abuses RNG, he breeds thousands of eggs, she uses Wonder Trade, he uses Battle Spot, and while they have different preferences over pretty much anything they'll both rip uncle /vr/ a new one if he dares to claim gen 1 was the only good gen.

Dunno if you'd need to give them new outfits, these designs look good enough to me. Only remark I might make would be to maybe give the boy back his Gary haircut, but that's just preference. I've always enjoyed the notion that he'd be hiding a Gary haircut underneath that Red cap for some reason.

/vp/ has a considerably higher amount of shitposting than most other boards I visit, and half of the threads on /vp/ are contentless "add me" giveaway threads.

It's not as much of a joke as a criticism.

I'm not saying /vp/ doesn't have its problems, but so does the rest of this website. I'm not sure if I'd say /vp/ has more shitposting compared to the other boards I visit, it probably does, but it makes up for it by not having some of the other modern vices those other boards have. Like, with the exception of certain youtube discussions, we don't have to deal with SJW/feminism bullshit too often.
It's a criticism that's been made a thousand times and doesn't have much bearing on things like board-tans. It's like when people complain that not every other board is represented by an overweight, fedora-wearing neckbeard.

I can't exactly say the same about /vp/.
It's fine if you don't want it to represent /vp/ as a board-tan (the old ones are fine, really) but the sheer amount of vices and little redeeming qualities that modern /vp/ has makes it a much more accurate representation of modern /vp/ than >>17947039
