Does Electric need a second weakness? I love ground type but I can't be having one in every damn team just in case electric shows up, especially when you got pic related

Electric-type is fine. And Earthquake is a very widely-distributed move, so it shouldn't be too hard to fit it in your team.

Electric types aren't exactly the bulkiest, besides Quake all you need. As for Elektross, the nigga is much frailer than one would expect, not to mention slow, any good Special or Physical attacker should KO it no problem.

Anything with Mold Breaker can wreck Eelektross. Hell, anything with base 125+ Attack with a good STAB attack can take it out pretty easily.

pretty much any pokemon that you would consider for Physical sweeper can learn EQ, and Elec types are generally frail

It's not like most pure Electric types are bulky. The great majority are incredibly frail.

Said it before and I'll say it again, electricity and water should both hurt each other.

No one can convince me otherwise.

Or at the very least they should have a water move that hurts electric pokemon like freeze dry does for water pokemon. They can call it "short out" or something.

Not that I'd say this would be a good idea given electrics only have one weakness and immune to paralysis for some dumb reason, but should steel be SE vs steel given that steel conducts electricity? Nerfing steel would always be a good thing.
