OP it doesn't have to be female. you can breed a HA male with a ditto and get a HA still. But it only works with a ditto. so do it til you get a female with it and breed.

Not like you have your name or address on here but, yes, male and genderless Pokemon can pass on Hidden Abilities; natures are 100% passable with the Everstone (it was 50% in older Gens); the Poke Ball that the female was captured in is passed on to the baby; females can pass on Egg moves; and if the female has one of two abilities (Yanma having CompoundEyes or Speed Boost), the primary one has an 80% chance of passing off to the youngster.
