Children are off limits for consent based reasons, underage, etc...and that's fine. People should stay away from them.
Animals don't really have all of that but people should still stay away from them. I wouldn't care if people wanted to though since animals lack that capacity for the most part.
Pokemon have that capacity that would make it problematic though. This leads to controversy and other such things but since Pokemon aren't real I don't really care either. If they were, I'd have a problem with it.
