I was saying a Female with HA with a Ditto has a higher inheritance rate.

As for normal abilities, it doesn't matter anymore thanks to the Ability Capsule.

As long as the mother has the ideal stats in HP/Def/SDef/Spd, it will be all good. But it's a better idea for you to prepare a better sacrifice lest you regret it.

No. He really has nearly no business using any of those moves. Two Thunderbolts still do more damage than a Charge Beam and a +1 Charge Beam.
