Is this a good moveset for Dusclops?
Confuse Ray
Will-O-Wisp
Shadow Punch
Pain Split
I've given it the eviolite, with 252 EV's in SpD, 130 EV's in Atk, and 126 in HP. Any improvements to be made?

I just gave it Shadow Punch for some cheap damage, but I agree, 70 Atk is horrendous.

Also substitute can work wonders, especially because oftentimes you can just use pain split to heal off the damage from it.
Replace confuse ray with substitute and shadow punch with night shade.

Relegate those attack EVs to HP or Defense. HP would probably be best.
