Unaware can do the same job, and can also be used to counter setup sweepers.

I once saw a Dragalge that tried double teaming. Too bad I run a rain team and carry Thunder and Hurricane.
And I don't think there's that much that can successfully and reliably pull off lots of evasion boost unless you're completely unprepared.
