My house had no wifi in the late 00's. I remember being on vacations and staying up in the hotel to use their wifi and get all the starters and legendaries I could get my hands on from Pearl GTS.

Yeah it hasn't aged too well, but it's still the most fun I've had playing pokemon since Gen 1&2. They took everything wrong with D/P.

Posts like this make me irrationally sad. Of course, we've all moved on to XY, but I always imagine the empty scapes of abandoned game files to be really melancholy. I like to think the NPCs miss us.

Why is always "best post game" an argument? I hear this about B/W 2 too, yeah, it's good the post game is good, but that still means you have to suffer through everything else to get there.

Platinum is one of the pokémon games Invested the most time in, but I wouldn't really have a reason related to the game itself, most pokémon games blend together for me, there's little change to really try to have a favorite.
