I read on the net that this guy can have Leech Seed by a certain event. Is it possible to retrieve it somehow? If not, can someone gen it to make it mass through Poketransporter?

It's technically possible, I think. There was an event way back when at the Pokemon Center in New York before it changed into Nintendo World that gave leech seed Oddish out, among other things.

So no, it can't have Leech Seed.

According to Bulba, Leech Seed Oddish is gen 2. So not possible in gen 6. Sorry, OP.

The hack checks are already pretty bad, so you don't need the exact info to get one to pass. I have a "legit" one with awful stats, and a recreation that I've made.

Thing is, gen III Pokémon normally can't have a good IV spread without resorting to the Faraway Island trick and that would theoretically make it not legit.

I've passed them through bank myself. I'm >>17977084. I got these specific mons over the years from some people who seem obsessed with keeping old events not for trade, so I'm pretty sure these are what the real deal would be if you had actually gone to that event.
