What the fuck?

I just imported an Aerodactyl with Stealth Rock from Pokebank, and tried to breed it with a Friend Safari Ditto to see if I could get some more Pebbledactyls with better IVs. But when the egg hatched, the baby didn't have Stealth Rock.

What gives?
