Mega Manectric is honestly a really underrated mon IMO. It's a great offensive pivot on some teams, and it's high speed and SpA make it an excellent Volt-turner.
The issue is that it's a Mega, and it's hard to argue why you'd use it over, say, Pinsir or Charizard (two ridiculously good Megas) for your Mega slot.
