A lot of people seem to have done that. You (or OP, if he trades one) can get a new Everstone pretty easily. Wild Geodude/Graveler have them at a decent rate. Just put a fainted Compound Eyes Pokemon in your first slot, a Pokemon with Frisk and Thief in the second slot, and wander around Victory Road for a few minutes. You'll get one quickly.
