Why Smogon don't ban all the mega stones?

They didn't know how to play the game anymore, a Lucario can easily defeated by a Earthquake.

I'm done of all that banned mons wich could have innovated the OU Metagame, like M-Kangaskhan.

First the ban of Mega Gengar, then Mega Kangaskhan, now Mega Lucario as a suspect.

Mega Gengar can counter Mega Kangaskhan & vice versa.

Also, the game with actual rules there isn't fun, all card game of pokemon are based on lucky/coin toss,

why the game can't be the same way? Why moody is banned, are you afraid of the amazing Bidoof?

We REALLY need a official banlist from Nintendo/Game Freak, like the banlist of Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG.
