Stats being lowered is hardly an issue when you realize most competent people know that upping your own stats is much more beneficial.

If you have your stats lowered on any 'mon, you can just switch out. So no one even bothers.

Giving an event legend such a useless ability is the worst decision GF could ever make.

They could've given it its own special ability, but instead they give it Generic Ability #47
