>>18026176It's case by case. Not every event legendary is Skymin. Genesect is at that gray level of versatility that's hard to put into an appropriate tier. It centralizes the OU metagame, but is hardly so overpowered it can't be played around. A ban is extremely likely just because most people are sick of seeing the damn thing and how easily it turns games around. The only steel typing pair that exists that's better than bug is fire. Just like Scizor, Genesect isn't so easy to get rid of, but unlike Scizor, Genesect can outspeed and escape/OHKO most threats with a Scarf.
I'll be happy to see it go.
