>>18026273I don't think you understand what I'm saying. I'm saying that no turn based RPG is really hard. You just need to grind or know how things work. You make it sound like something was specifically programmed to run a set that is designed to counter a lot of junk. Me, I don't like junk like the battle facilities. I can see why some would, though. I've only heard of this kind of thing through that. I don't find this clever at all, I think it's BS. Even people that play competitive think it's BS. Yes, it's a challenge, but so is trying to fly without mechanical aid. It's flipping impossible. This is why I don't understand Nuzlocke, it's like willfully amputating all of your limbs and dulling most of your senses just to see if you can live on limited ability alone. There are some situations in which it becomes flat out impossible. I do know there is no such thing as a perfect strategy, and pokemon is no different, but you're essentially asking people to be able to defeat experts when not everyone can do that. That is not a good game. Those that can will probably laugh at such a notion since they're too busy playing actual people that are harder to predict than a set program. This is why competitive sticks to their simulators and battle each other. You're making the game be more than it should be, and failing because it satisfies no one but the people who do not have the sense to just play the battle facilities or real people. There is no game for experts. They already have a game, and it is not this.
