Base 150 Special Defense with no EVs and a positive nature will be 335-369 at level 100.
Base 50 Speed with no EVs and a neutral nature will be 105-136 at level 100.
I suspect that Pokebeach misreported his/Smealum's Diancie's uninvested Speed stat by 1. The picture of Diancie's stat screen that was released later probably picked up some extra speed EVs somewhere. If the stat was actually 136, it fits the 3 31 pattern for no-eggs group Pokemon perfectly.For the record, assuming perfect IVs across the board gives you the minimum base stats possible for a 0 EV Pokemon. That's how numbers work.
